Weekly Events

Sunday
- Free play from 7:00-8:00pm followed by a DYP @ 8:00 pm. $5 entry fee with 100% payback.


Monday
-Free play from 6:30-7:30pm followed by a tournament @ 8:00pm.

-1st, 3rd, 5th Monday of month- DYP, $10 entry fee with 100% payback+ $40 added from the bar with 10+ players. Second event @ 9:30pm depending on time and interest

-2nd Monday of the month- Singles tournament- Scaled entry fees: $5 beginner, $10 rookie/amateur, $15 semi-pro, $20 pro/master. 100% payback + $40 added from the bar with 10+ players. USTSA points will be used. Beginner status will be determined by tournament director. Beginner prizes to top beginners depending on beginner turnout. Second event @ 9:30 depending on time and interest.

Tuesday
-Free play from 6:30-7:30pm followed by league matches at 7:30pm
   
 -Summer league starting May 27th. Sign-ups taking place now. We already have 4 teams and are looking for 2 or 4 more teams. Teams or individual players welcome. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign-up. Please email bostonfoosball@gmail.com if you would like to sign-up or receive more info. 


Summer Points Race

-Starting May 18th 2008 and going thru July 14th 2008 there will be a points race at Big City Billiards.

-How it will work: Players gain points based on attendance and results playing in Sunday and Monday night tournaments @ Big City. Points are awarded equally regardless of event (singles, BYP, or DYP)

-Points:
  
   Sunday:
   -Attendance= 1pt
   
   Monday:
   -Attendance= 5pts
   -First place= 5pts
   -Second place=3 pts
   -Third place= 2 pts
   -Highest beginner in BYP or Singles= 1pt

    Bonus Points (Monday only)
    + 2pts for placing in the top 3. June 29th- July 7th
    + 4pts for placing in the top 3. July 14th

-Prizes:
     1st Place- Free package to the IFP Kentucky State Championships
     (July 30th-August 1st 2008) (about a $150 value)
     2nd Place- $100
     ($50 cash + free reg. to Kentucky State or $50 in Big City gift cards)
     3rd Place-  $50 ($20 cash + $30 in Big City gift cards)
     4th Place-  $25 ($15 cash + $10 gift card)
     Highest beginner- $10 gift card

*** If there is a tie for any of the places there will be a 3/5 playoff match between the two players on July 14th after the singles tournament.

Notes:
-Kent, Matt, and Evan are ineligible to receive points race prizes. In the event they finish in the top 4 the next highest player will receive the prize for that placing.
-Tournament directors have final say in all aspects of this point race.
-No money will be taken out of weekly pots to go to this race.
